NEW this year, we are offering a special law-student-focused session track on Saturday, October 9 along with a networking breakfast. Law students, who are ABA members, interested in attending Saturday only can attend for $25.
We are proud to host the 2026 National Aging & Law Conference at the Syracuse University College of Law! The conference runs all day Friday and until 1:00 pm eastern on Saturday. Meals, including a sit-down conference dinner on Friday, are included with registration.
This year's conference focuses on the right of all people to age well. Sessions will explore evolving legal, policy, ethical, and practical issues affecting older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers, and the professionals who serve them. Speakers will discuss how changing demographics, federal and state policy reforms, health care systems, guardianship law, housing instability, immigration policy, and interdisciplinary practice models are reshaping laws, policies, and practices.

We invite you to be part of this important conversation. Together, we can protect and ensure that all people enjoy the right to age well.
We look forward to seeing you there!
