On Monday, March 23rd, Syracuse University will host the New York State Nanotechnology Network (NNN) Symposium to highlight New York State’s robust student talent pipeline while creating opportunities for universities and companies to exchange ideas, share cutting-edge research, and explore workforce needs across the state.
The 2026 symposium - New York State Talent & Technology - Shaping the Future - will feature a dynamic morning program with talks from students, government leaders, and industry experts, followed by an interactive afternoon Poster Session and Career Fair.
Join us to build connections, discover innovative technology research happening in New York, and open doors to new opportunities in nanotechnology.

ATTENTION UNDERGRADUATES, GRADUATE STUDENTS, and POSTDOCS:
To be considered for a talk and poster
· Abstracts must be submitted by Friday, February 27th
· Students will be informed if they are presenting a talk and poster OR just a poster by Friday, March 6th.
To be considered for a poster
· Abstracts must be submitted by Tuesday, March 10th (or the day after online registration closes)
· Students will be informed if they are presenting just a poster by Thursday, March 12th.
Aftrer March 10th, Abstracts will not be accepted
We look forward to receiving your research abstract and will acknowledge each submission as quickly as possible.
Abstract Instructions
Write up a research abstract, in a Word document, that includes all the information requested below, plus up to two graphics / images (note that images will be grayscale in the proceedings so make sure graphs especially are understood in black and white).
Before you upload your abstract, you MUST name the file "YourLastName_YourSchool_NNNabstract" (i.e., Smith_Syracuse_NNNabstract.docx) and upload it using the Box link below.
