Adult ADHD Skills Group

Syracuse University's Psychological Services Center is holding a weekly cognitive behavior skills group for adults with difficulty focusing, planning, staying organized and/or getting things done. This group is open to any adults experiences these challenges - no ADHD diagnosis is required to join.

Anyone interested in joining is encouraged to complete the ADHD Skills Group Registration form on our website.

There are six group meetings total, and each meeting costs $10 to attend.
