This interactive workshop helps students explore the importance of allyship and what it truly means to be an ally. During the session, participants reflect on their own biases and privileges, explore how privilege and intersectionality impact our society and learn tools for ally behavior. Participants will also engage in conversations about supporting marginalized communities and recognize the diversity of experiences based on privilege and oppression. The session encourages students to act as informed allies in their daily lives and promotes shared responsibility as active campus leaders.
