’CUSE Creator Con is part of two days of events celebrating the launch of Syracuse University’s Center for the Creator Economy, the first academic center of its kind on a U.S. college campus.

A joint venture between the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, the center will help students build real-world skills in media, entrepreneurship and digital strategy. By aligning strengths from across campus in business, media, communications, athletics and digital infrastructure, this dynamic initiative is charting how higher education can prepare students for the 21st-century economy.
