Dissertation Defense: Amir Durić

The oral doctoral examination of Amir Durić, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Thursday, February 5, at 10:45 a.m. via Zoom.

Durić’s advisor is Professor Prema Kurien. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jeanette Jouili and Janet Wilmoth. Professor Azra Hromadžić will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Belonging, Identity, and Institutional Engagement: A Qualitative Study of Muslim Students in the U.S. Higher Education.”
