Dissertation Defense: Ana Borja

The oral doctoral examination of Ana Borja, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, April 13, at 10:30 a.m. in the SOE Ganders Lounge, 220 Huntington Hall and via Zoom.

Borja’s advisor is Professor Mario Perez. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Gretchen Lopez and Michael Gill. Professor Moon-Heum Cho will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Reimagining and Revealing Institutional Realities: A Meta-Methodological Study That Documents the Process of Co-Founding a Youth Participatory Action Research Project in an Immigrant-Serving Charter School in Queens, New York.”
