Dissertation Defense: Benjamin Byrd

The oral doctoral examination of Benjamin Byrd, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, June 19, at 10 a.m. in the Physics Building, room 202 and via Zoom.

Byrd’s advisor is Professor Alexander Nitz. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jay Hubisz, Georgia Mansell, Caleb Fink, Matt Lahaye, and Neill Warrington. Professor Arindam Chakraborty will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Measurement Induced State Transitions in Fluxonium Qubits.”
