Dissertation Defense: Bowen Xu

The oral doctoral examination of Bowen Xu, candidate for the Ph.D. degree,  will be held on Monday, August 17, at 12 p.m. in the Center for Science & Technology, room 1-132.

Xu’s advisor is Professor Xiaoran Hu. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Weijun Gui, Weiwei Zheng, Robert Doyle, Yan-Yeung Luk, and Shahar Sukenik. Professor Aoyi Luo will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Light- and Ultrasound-Responsive Prodrug Systems: A Study of Molecular Design and Prodrug Activation.”
