Dissertation Defense: Halim Yoon

The oral doctoral examination of Halim Yoon, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Thursday, June 18, at 11a.m. in Lyman Hall, room 312 and via Zoom.

Yoon’s advisor is Professor Emily Wiemers. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Gary Engelhardt, Sarah Hamersma, Douglas Wolf and Jun Li. Professor Haowei Wang will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Three Essays on Social Security Retirement Age Reform and Its Implications for Older Adults.”
