Dissertation Defense: Haodong Yang

The oral doctoral examination of Haodong Yang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, August 14, at 2 p.m. in the Center for Science & Technology, room 3-212.

Yang’s advisor is Professor Venkata Gandikota. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Biao Chen, and Jason Pollack. Professor Josh Pollitz will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Code-Based Methods for Sparse Recovery, and Homomorphic Computation.”
