Dissertation Defense: Huseyin Zeyd Koytak

The oral doctoral examination of Huseyin Zeyd Koytak, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Wednesday, August 13, at 12 p.m. in via Zoom.

Koytak’s advisor is Professor Edwin Ackerman. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Amy Lutz, Becky Schewe, and Timur Hammond. Professor Robert Wilson will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Race, Space, Taste in the Postwar U.S.: Three Independent Studies on Urban Restaurants in Syracuse, New York.”
