Dissertation Defense: Jenna Walmer

The oral doctoral examination of Jenna Walmer, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Wednesday, March 18, at 10 a.m. in the Marley Education Center, room 353 and via Zoom.

Walmer’s advisor is Professor Leonard Newman. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Sara Burke, and Brett Jakubiak. Professor Julia White will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “"I Didn't Get That Vibe from Others": Can Enlightenment about the Possibility of Pluralistic Ignorance Enable Confronting Prejudice.”
