Dissertation Defense: Larry Morgan

The oral doctoral examination of Larry Morgan, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Wednesday, August 5, at 1 p.m. via Zoom.

Morgan’s advisor is Professor Brice Nordquist. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Eileen Schell, Alicia Hatcher, and Ralph Cintron. Professor Timur Hammond will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “El Paso City Limits: Narco-Rhetoric, Precarity, and Belonging on the US-Mexico Border.”
