Dissertation Defense: Nazia Valiyakath

The oral doctoral examination of Nazia Valiyakath, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in Huntington Hall, room 106.

Valiyakath’s advisor is Professor William Wylie. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Claudia Miller and Lee Kennard. Professor Venkata Gandikota will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Quasi-Einstein Metrics and Homogeneous Conformally Einstein Manifolds.”
