Dissertation Defense: Ruslan Menoyakov

The oral doctoral examination of Ruslan Menoyakov, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Monday, July 13, at 1 p.m. in Maxwell Hall, room 402.

Menoyakov’s advisor is Professor Rick Welsh. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Tina Nabatchi, and Rebecca Schewe. Professor Merril Silverstein will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Political Leadership and Agricultural Policy Reform: A Comparative Analysis of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.”
