Dissertation Defense:Ratnakshi Mandal

The oral doctoral examination of Ratnakshi Mandal, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, April 10, at 11 a.m. in Link Hall, room 329A.

Mandal’s advisor is Professor Shikha Nangia. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Era Jain and Andrea Joseph. Professor James Hougland will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate's dissertation is: “Development of  PARCH hydropathy scale to study nucleic acids, nucleosomes, chromatin organization and transmembrane proteins.”
