Join certified, trauma-informed yoga practitioner Jordan Koster for a beginner-friendly, survivor-friendly yoga session. Learn and practice how yoga can be used during post-traumatic healing. Yoga means unity of the body, mind and soul, and unity of oneself with others and the world around them. Join us for breathing techniques and physical postures that will calm the nervous system and help us to feel that unity. All are welcome!
