This workshop for grad students and postdocs is based on the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research’s (CIMER) Entering Mentoring curriculum and will focus on recognizing where undergraduate students are at in their understanding and encouraging them to become independent at an appropriate rate. This is an interactive, scenario-based workshop where participants work with a community of peers to develop and improve their mentoring skills.
