This meeting is open to any prospective first-year student that is interested in learning about the OttoTHON Leadership Program (OLP) and what it means to be involved in the organization.

The OttoTHON Leadership Program is designed to welcome first-year students into the world of Syracuse University’s largest student-run philanthropy. Through weekly meetings filled with engaging workshops, team bonding and behind-the-scenes insights into Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, participants gain a strong understanding of OttoTHON’s mission, values and impact. A key part of OLP is its mentor/mentee structure, where each participant is paired with an upperclassman for guidance, support and friendship throughout the year. Beyond the fall semester, OLP members play an active role in helping prepare for and support our Main Event in the spring, putting their knowledge and passion into action during one of the most exciting and meaningful weekends on campus.
