A group of graduate students discuss a research poster

Transformative ideas, scholarship, methods, and creative work from School of Education graduate students.

The 2026 theme is “Resistance, Refusals, Ruptures—Innovations Toward Liberatory Futures,” with emphasis on exploring equity-driven interdisciplinary, experiential, digital, antiracist, and inclusive practices.

The annual SOE Graduate Research Symposium aims to cultivate an atmosphere of innovation and interdisciplinarity, fostering new visions for education research.

The symposium brings together graduate student researchers from all SOE programs and concentrations to showcase current work, engage in critical conversation, and foster opportunities for collaboration.
