Join us for an inspiring conversation with Chief Diversity Officer of Onondaga County, Monica Williams, on the importance of understanding cultural differences and practicing humility, as we foster a sense of belonging on campus and prepare students for career success in their professions. This engaging session will invite students to reflect on cultural humility and the importance of communication, collaboration and decision making in the workplace. By connecting cultural humility to career pathways, students will become more aware and gain the tools to demonstrate leadership that is welcoming to all during their professional expeditions. All are welcome.
