Join us for an inspiring conversation with Chief Diversity Officer of Onondaga County, Monica Williams, on the importance of understanding cultural differences and practicing humility, as we foster a sense of belonging on campus and prepare students for career success in their professions. This engaging session will invite students to reflect on cultural humility and the importance of communication, collaboration and decision making in the workplace.
